About Osadía Studio

How is Osadía different from agencies that market to the Latino community?

Those agencies build brands to reach our market from the outside. We build brands for the founders inside it who are growing something of their own. This is where we already live, so we design for people we understand instead of studying them from a distance.

What do you need from me to get started?

You bring the idea and an honest picture of where your brand really stands. We need access to whatever you already have plus a few hours of your time early on, because that input shapes every decision that follows.

My brand already exists but doesn't reflect our quality. Can you fix that?

This is most of the work we do. Plenty of our clients run a strong business behind a brand that undersells them, and we close the gap between how good you already are and how good you appear, so the strength of the work finally shows on the outside.

Do I have to be a Hispanic-owned business to work with you?

No. Most of our clients are, since this community is who we were built for. If you respect the work and the people we serve, you are welcome here.

What if I only need one thing, like a website?

We will build it. We will also tell you plainly if a website on its own leaves the real problem sitting there, so you can decide where your budget does the most good before you spend it.

How do revisions work?

We move in milestones, with up to three rounds of feedback at each stage. You approve the work as it develops, so the direction stays in your hands and nothing major lands as a surprise at the end.

Who will I be working with day to day?

The same people doing the actual work. We keep our roster small on purpose, which means you get senior attention the whole way through instead of a handoff to someone junior once the contract is signed.

Why do you focus on removing the negative first?

We believe that business can gain more from removing the negatives than from adding more positives to an unsteady foundation. This becomes more evident as businesses scale. During our Brand Discovery phase, we find the friction quietly costing you, whether that is a muddy message or a site that loses people, and we clear it so everything built afterward stands on solid ground.

What does your 24/7 bilingual support actually cover?

Real people who answer in whatever blend of Spanish and English feels natural to you. You never have to translate yourself to be understood, and you never sit waiting days for a reply.

What do I own and get to keep when you hand everything over?

The final version of the design you approved. Logos, color, type, templates, and guidelines all arrive ready to download and run the day we deliver them. No hostage files. The brand is yours to drive the moment it leaves our hands.

About The Brand L.O.R.E.

What is L.O.R.E.?

L.O.R.E. stands for Linked Outstanding Resonating Experiences. Every experience a brand creates, from the website to the packaging to the room someone walks into, is linked back to one idea, so the brand resonates the same way wherever it lands.

Why do organizations need the Brand L.O.R.E.?

Brand fractures as an organization grows. The Brand L.O.R.E. is our most complete brand platform, built end to end for Hispanic-led organizations with the audacity to lead their market. Strategy, verbal and visual systems, launch, and website run under one roof, so every place someone meets your brand reinforces the same idea.

Why the Brand L.O.R.E. over the MVB or the Brand [R]evolution?

Scale and reach. The MVB gets a young brand to market in 10 to 12 weeks with the essentials built properly. The Brand [R]evolution runs the full strategy-to-launch journey for established companies and for new ones with the runway to set the foundation right. The Brand L.O.R.E. is built for organizations operating across multiple products and markets, and it is the only platform that carries the brand into the market with the activation and full website build that make a launch land.

What does the Brand L.O.R.E. deliver?

Everything across the eight phases, which is the deepest scope we offer. On strategy, you get brand architecture, culture, market research, and sharp positioning. The expression layer brings your full verbal and visual identity to life, from naming through the complete design system and guidelines. Activation carries the brand into the market with launch strategy, campaign development, and the physical and experiential pieces your audience actually encounters. The platform closes with a fully designed and developed website. We share the itemized scope before kickoff so every deliverable is visible from day one.

Does the Brand L.O.R.E. include building the website, or only designing it?

Building it. The Brand L.O.R.E. runs through strategy, UX, high-fidelity design, copy, the CMS build, and launch, with SEO and AEO worked in from the start. A lot of agencies hand you a design file and wish you luck. We deliver a live site.

What is the timeframe for the Brand L.O.R.E.?

Six to nine months, depending on how far the activation reaches and how many markets the brand has to hold together. This is a real build, and the depth is what makes it work. We keep things moving with a milestone cadence so the months read as steady progress.

Who needs to be involved, and how much of our time will it take?

Your leadership and the people who actually own the brand decisions. We run stakeholder interviews and strategy workshops early, so expect a heavier lift in the first phases while we get inside the business. After that, your time concentrates at milestone reviews where you approve the work and we keep moving. We carry the production weight. You make the calls that only you can make.

How is the success of the Brand L.O.R.E. measured?

Success gets defined before anything gets built. In the first phase we set the benchmarks and expectations the brand needs to hit, and every phase after that answers to them. Once the brand is live, activation performance analysis tracks how the market responded. Over the longer run it shows up in brand recall, perceived value, pricing power, and customers who come back.

What is the investment for the Brand L.O.R.E.?

Scoped to the engagement, because no two Brand L.O.R.E. builds are identical. The figure tracks with how far the activation reaches and how complex the brand and website need to be. We can structure it by phase or across monthly installments, whichever fits how your business plans its cash flow. Once we align on scope, you get a master services agreement with the deliverables and payment schedule spelled out in full.

Do you offer support after the brand goes live?

Yes. Every Brand L.O.R.E. engagement includes launch and post-launch support, plus the brand guidelines your team needs to run the brand on its own. When you want a partner to keep driving it, Branding Forward takes over the ongoing work, from campaigns and content to PR and performance reporting. The brand keeps its momentum instead of going quiet after launch day.

About The Brand [R]evolution

Why the [R]evolution over the MVB or the Brand L.O.R.E.?

The MVB builds a young brand's first identity under real time and budget constraints. The L.O.R.E. is the full platform that also takes the brand to market with activation. The [R]evolution sits between them, for a company that needs the full depth of strategy and identity without paying for a ground-up launch. Whatever equity you have already earned stays intact, and everything around it gets sharpened.

What types of clients benefit the most from the Brand [R]evolution?

Established companies that have outgrown the brand they launched with, and new companies with the runway to set the foundation properly before going to market. The fit is sharpest at a turning point, a pivot, a move upmarket, new leadership, or a market that no longer reads you the way you want.

What does it deliver?

A full reset of strategy and a rebuild of the identity. Strategy covers positioning, value proposition, personas, and competitive mapping from fresh research. Expression covers the verbal and visual system, from messaging and tone of voice to a logo and identity system with guidelines. You also get a website with new copy and SEO on a CMS you can manage, plus print and environmental assets. Naming and full go-to-market activation live in the L.O.R.E.

What is the timeframe?

Five to seven months, on a milestone cadence.

Who needs to be involved, and how much of our time will it take?

Leaders who can decide what the brand should stand for. The early phases lean on you most, through interviews and workshops. After that, your involvement narrows to milestone reviews.

What is the investment?

Scoped to how deep the work runs, since a refresh and a full overhaul are different jobs. We can structure it by phase or across monthly installments. Once scope is set, you get a master services agreement with the deliverables and payment schedule.

Do you offer support after the brand goes live?

Yes. The [R]evolution includes launch and post-launch support, plus guidelines so your team can run the brand on its own. When you want a partner to keep building on it, Branding Forward takes over the ongoing strategy, design, content, and marketing.

About The M.V.B.

Why is it called Market-Viable?

Because a brand that only satisfies you isn't finished. Viable means it holds up in front of customers, investors, and competitors from the day it launches. Years of building brands from the ground up taught us which pieces earn that on the first impression and which can wait until you grow. The MVB is that set.

Why the MVB over the [R]evolution or the Brand L.O.R.E.?

The MVB is the entry platform, for a young brand that needs the core built right the first time. The [R]evolution resets an established brand that has outgrown its identity. The L.O.R.E. is the full platform that takes the brand to market with activation. Choose the MVB when you are launching soon and need strategy and identity that look the part, without depth you will not use yet.

What types of clients benefit the most from the MVB?

Founders launching soon, or early companies whose first DIY brand has stopped doing the job. The fit is sharpest when the launch date is real and the essentials have to be right on the first pass.

What does the MVB deliver?

Strategy, a full visual identity, and a website to launch on. Strategy covers mission, vision, values, value proposition, and buyer personas. Identity covers the logo system, visual identity system, style guide, and asset kit with guidelines. Deeper market research and full go-to-market activation live in the platforms above.

What is the timeframe for The MVB?

10 to 12 weeks, on a milestone cadence.

What is the investment needed for The MVB?

It varies. Every launch is scoped differently, so a number here would be a guess. Once scope is set, you get a master services agreement with the deliverables and payment schedule.

Do you offer support after the brand goes live?

Yes. The MVB includes launch and post-launch support, plus guidelines so you can run the brand yourself. As you grow, you can step up to a larger platform or bring on Branding Forward to run your ongoing strategy, design, content, and marketing.

About Digital Experiences

Why Digital Experience instead of one of the brand platforms?

The other three build or rebuild the brand itself. This one assumes the brand exists and only the website needs building. If your identity isn't solid yet, start with a brand platform, because the best site in the world can't carry a brand that isn't there.

I think I just need a website. How do I know that's true?

Take Carrco Painting. They came to us for a website. What they needed was a rebrand, so that's what we built. During the five years after working with us, they saw steady 30% growth year over year. Before we design anything, we look at whether your brand can hold a site. If there are gaps that would undercut the work, we'll point you to the platform that closes them first.

What if I outgrow it later?

The foundation holds. When the business needs more than the site can carry, you step into one of the brand platforms or bring on Branding Forward for ongoing growth, building on the work already done instead of starting over.

Why do you mainly use Webflow?

Because it gives us full design control without the bloat that slows most sites down. Webflow runs on clean code with fast, secure hosting handled at the platform level, so your site loads quick and stays easy to find. It also hands you a CMS you can run yourself, so updating the site doesn't mean calling a developer every time something changes.

What types of websites have you built?

Plenty of different kinds. Marketing and corporate sites, legal sites, e-learning platforms with member dashboards, portfolios, restaurant sites, doctor and dentist practices, and full e-commerce. If your business needs to live online, we've likely built something close to it.

What is the investment needed for Digital Experience?

Most projects land between $5,000 and $20,000, depending on functionality and scope. A focused marketing site sits at the lower end, while something with member logins or full e-commerce moves up. We can structure it by phase or across monthly installments, and once scope is set you get a master services agreement with the deliverables and payment schedule.

Will a new website bring in more people?

In most cases, no, and we'd rather tell you that upfront. A redesign can lift traffic for a while, but it fades fast when nothing else is driving people to the site. It's like opening a store and never putting up a sign. Nobody knows it's there. To actually grow traffic, we recommend pairing the site with the systems that bring people in, starting with SEO and content so you get found, plus paid media when you want to move faster.

How often should I update my website, and when should I redesign it?

Your content shouldn't sit still. Keep it current as your offers and your work change, ideally a few touches a quarter. A full redesign is a bigger call, usually every two to three years, or sooner if your brand or business has outgrown what the site can carry. A simple test: if you hesitate before sending someone the link, it's time.

About Branding Forward

Can't I just hire in-house or string together freelancers?

Because the seams cost you. A freelancer for social, another for ads, and the brand drifts a little with every handoff. Branding Forward runs every channel under one team that already knows your brand, so they reinforce each other instead of pulling apart.

How is Branding Forward different from your other platforms?

Branding Forward is the only platform with no finish line. The MVB, the [R]evolution, and the Brand L.O.R.E. each build or rebuild a brand and hand it off. Branding Forward takes over from there and keeps running, because staying ahead is work you keep doing.

Do I need to have built my brand with Osadía Studio first?

No. Branding Forward works with any brand whose strategy and identity are already solid. Your marketing is only as effective as your branding allows it to be, so if there are gaps underneath, we'll point you to the platform that closes them before we start spending on growth.

What does Branding Forward include?

Branding Forward runs seven areas as one platform: brand strategy and stewardship, design and creative, content and search, paid media, social and community, PR and reputation, and performance reporting. You don't have to run all seven. We put weight where your brand needs it.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Growth accumulates over time, so Branding Forward is structured as an ongoing partnership. A minimum term of three to six months is where the work starts showing real return, with month to month after that.

What is the investment for Branding Forward?

Scoped to the engagement, since the right mix of the seven areas differs for every brand. We build a monthly retainer around the channels you're running and the pace you want to grow at, then spell it out in a master services agreement before anything starts.

When will I see results from Branding Forward?

Paid media and a sharper social presence move within weeks. Content, search, and reputation accumulate over months, and that's where the real equity lives. Branding Forward sets goals up front and reports against them monthly, so you see the curve forming well before it peaks.

Can I start with a few areas and add more later?

Yes. Most brands start with what matters most right now and add areas as Branding Forward proves out. Strategy and stewardship holds the whole thing together, so a channel added in month six builds on everything already running.

Client Onboarding

Why do I sign three documents instead of just one?

The Master Service Agreement sets the terms of the relationship. Schedule A covers intellectual property and who owns what. Schedule B is the Project Order, which defines the actual work, fees, and timeline. You sign the first two once. Every new engagement gets a new Project Order.

How long is my proposal valid?

Thirty days from the day we present it. After that, pricing and scope may change.

Do I sign a new agreement for every project?

No. The Master Service Agreement stays in force until either party terminates it. New work is added through a new Project Order.

What counts as a revision versus a change?

Revisions are refinements within the direction we already agreed on, and your Project Order states how many rounds are included. Changes are requests outside the defined scope, billed at $100 per hour.

What happens if I want to change direction mid-project?

For smaller additions, we send a written Change Order with an estimate. Work on that request does not begin until you approve it in writing. If the request rewrites roughly half or more of the work, we issue a new Project Order instead of stacking hours onto the original.

How long do I have to review a deliverable?

Fifteen business days from receipt. If we do not hear from you in writing within that window, the deliverable is considered accepted. Within an active project, we ask for feedback within three business days so the timeline holds.

What if we approve something and later find a typo?

Once you approve a deliverable, correcting errors in it becomes a billable fix. Final proofreading is your responsibility, which is why we build review windows into every phase.

When do I pay?

Half at kickoff, half on completion before final delivery, unless your Project Order says otherwise. Invoices are due fifteen business days after they are issued.

What happens if a payment is late?

Overdue balances carry a monthly service charge of 1.5 percent. We also reserve the right to pause delivery and hold transfer of ownership until the account is current.

Are there costs outside the project fee?

The project fee covers our work. Fonts, stock photography, illustration licenses, music licenses, printing, prototyping, talent fees, and hosting are billed separately. Out-of-pocket expenses are passed through at cost plus a ten percent markup, and travel requires your approval in advance.

What if my project stalls on my end?

If a project sits without response for more than ten business days, we need a new Project Order to restart it. Our team has other commitments scheduled around your timeline, and a pause of that length means rebuilding the runway.

Who owns the final work?

You do. On completion of the project and full payment, we assign all copyrights in the final work to you, including trademarks, and hand over the working files behind it.

What do you keep?

Concepts and directions that did not make the final cut stay with us, along with the tools, systems, and methods we use to do the work. You get a perpetual license to use those tools with your deliverables. Original physical artwork also stays with us.

Who is responsible for trademark clearance?

You are. We design marks with distinctiveness in mind, but confirming that a name or logo is legally available to own is a search your attorney runs, not a service included in the project fee.

Can you show my project in your portfolio?

Yes. We reserve the right to publish and display the work for recognition, press, and awards, and to be credited as the authors. The one place we do not place our credit is on your website.

Is my information confidential?

Yes, and it runs both ways. Each party holds the other's confidential information in strict confidence, including preliminary work. That obligation survives the end of the engagement.

Do you work with my competitors?

The agreement is not exclusive in either direction. You are free to hire other studios, and we are free to take on other clients.

Do you use contractors?

Yes, when a project calls for a specialist. They are bound by the same terms we are, and we remain fully responsible for their work. In exchange, you agree not to hire them away from us for six months after the project ends.

Can either of us walk away?

Either party can terminate at any time with written notice. We are paid for work performed through that date, and if we terminate for convenience or you terminate for cause, you keep ownership of everything you accepted and paid for.

What if we disagree?

We talk first. If that fails, the agreement points to mediation or binding arbitration through the Texas Lawyers for the Arts, under Texas law. If we cannot breach out disagreement we could resort to Texas Penal Code § 22.06.

A few things to consider before working with us.

Here are a few common questions that our clients have asked before deciding to partner with us.
