Osadía Studio (Gialli Marketing, LLC. DBA Osadía Studio) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not just posted.
This policy applies to visitors of our website. It does not cover the data we handle for clients under a services agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
Osadía Studio is a brand strategy and design consultancy based in Garland, Texas, United States, serving clients across the US, Mexico, and Latin America. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), and applicable US state privacy laws, we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Contact and inquiry forms. When you reach out through our site, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message, such as your company name or details about your project.
Newsletter signup. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
We only ask for what we need to respond to you or send you what you signed up for.
Cookies. Our site uses cookies for performance and functionality. Performance cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Functionality cookies remember your settings so the site works the way you expect. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can withdraw that consent at any time through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, including pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us. You can opt out through our cookie banner or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the site and our communications, such as Webflow (hosting), Google (analytics), and our email marketing platform (MailChimp). These providers process data on our instructions under their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
We are based in the United States, so information you provide will be transferred to and processed in the US. If you are located in the EU, UK, or Mexico, this means your data leaves your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses, and we work with providers that maintain appropriate safeguards.
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up on a potential engagement, then delete or archive it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings, currently 24 months. We may keep records longer where the law requires it.
