This policy explains how Osadía Studio (Gialli Marketing, LLC DBA Osadía Studio) delivers its services, how payment works, and what happens if an engagement needs to change or end. Every engagement is also governed by a master services agreement (MSA) signed before work begins. Where this policy and your MSA differ, the MSA controls.
Osadía Studio provides brand strategy, identity design, website design and development, and ongoing growth services. Because our work is professional services, fulfillment means delivering the work defined in your agreement, not shipping a physical product. Nothing we sell requires shipping, and no shipping charges apply.
Deliverables vary by engagement and are itemized in your MSA before kickoff. Depending on scope, they may include strategy documents, logo and identity systems, brand guidelines, asset kits, website design and development, and ongoing creative and marketing work.
Work is delivered digitally. Files are handed over through organized digital asset kits, and websites are developed and launched on Webflow with a CMS your team can manage. Every engagement runs on a milestone cadence: we present work at defined checkpoints, you review and approve, and the project moves to the next phase.
An engagement is considered fulfilled when the deliverables defined in your MSA have been provided and, where applicable, the website is live.
Timeframes depend on the platform and scope of your engagement, ranging from several weeks for a standalone website to several months for a full brand platform. Your specific timeline and milestone schedule are set in your MSA. Timelines assume timely feedback and approvals at each milestone; delays on either side shift the schedule, and we communicate any changes as they happen.
We offer flexible payment structures: pay in full, split 50/50, move phase by phase, or across monthly installments. Your payment schedule is defined in your MSA, and invoices are due according to that schedule. Work on a given phase begins once the corresponding payment terms are met.
We accept payment by credit card, ACH, wire transfer, and checks. All prices are in US dollars unless your agreement states otherwise.
Initial deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your place in our production schedule. Payments for work that has been completed and delivered are non-refundable. If an engagement ends early, payments covering phases we have not started will be refunded, or simply never invoiced under phase-based billing.
If you believe a deliverable does not match the scope defined in your MSA, contact us within 10 business days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it through the revision process defined in your agreement.
You may cancel an engagement at any time with written notice to hola@osadia.studio . Upon cancellation, you are responsible for payment covering all work completed up to the date of notice, including work in progress on the current phase. Once that balance is settled, we deliver the work completed to date in its current state.
For ongoing engagements under Branding Forward, either party may end the retainer with thirty days written notice. Work continues as normal through the notice period.
If you want to expand or reduce scope mid-engagement, we handle it through a written change to your MSA, with any adjustment to timeline and investment agreed before the change takes effect.
